  1. Why buy from Rianty Batik?
    We make sure that we offer you products with the good quality, value, and story behind it. We are committed to provide you the most convenient purchase and return processes.
  2. How can I shop or place order?
    Kindly visit our “How to Buy” section, next to “Login / Register” section.
  3. Do I need an account to order?
    Yes you need an account so you can make a faster checkout and payment for the next order or every time you want to purchase our products.
  4. I would like to order sold out items. Is it possible?
    So sorry, for sold out items we will restock it tentatively. But if you want to try to request it, you can contact our customer service and tell us what you want to have. We might be considering it, or perhaps the items are available in our stockists.
  5. How do I define my size?
    For product size you can check size cart and if you have doubt, please call our customer service.
  6. Does Rianty Batik ship to multiple addresses?
    Yes, we can help ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2-3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.
  7. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched / sent?
    Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.
  8. How soon can I get my order?
    After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the next day / in 24 hours. We only ship your order during Monday – Saturday, from 09.00 a.m. until 05.00 p.m. For Sunday and holiday’s day we didn’t process shipping, but we still receive the order.
  9. Can I get my order earlier?
    If you want to get it earlier (earliest within 2 days after you confirm the payment) please choose fast shipping upon the check out.
  10. I haven’t got my order, it has been late for couple days, where is my order?
    Kindly call our customer service, so we can check it as soon as possible.
  11. Is my personal information kept private?
    We guarantees to keep all of the information you’ve provided private and safe. We will not disclose it to other parties.
  12. I have received my package, unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

  13. Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?
    No you can’t, sale items are non-exchangeable and non refundable. All sale items are final.
  14. Are there any other stores?
    Our collections are available in our store, also in our branch.
  15. How do I wash my Rianty Batik clothes properly?
    Dry clean is the best way to wash your Rianty Batik product.
