By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once you order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order. - Data Integrity
You represent that all of the information, data and other materials you provide to Rianty Batik are true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating and correcting the information you have provided at Rianty Batik by updating the information on the account you may establish at http://www.riantybatik.com
Establish a membership in order to access certain features of the site and services and to post any member content on the site, or through the services, you must register as a member to create an account. You may establish membership on Rianty Batik. At a minimum, enrollment requires you to:
- Indicate agreement to these terms and service,
- Provide contact information and identification details
- Submit any other form of authentication required as part of the enrollment process, atRianty Batik’s sole discretion.
We use Rupiah (IDR) and the US Dollar (USD) for worldwide shipping, for any payment and/or change onto your credit card or PayPal.
Orders from this site can be shipped internationally. To give comfort, convenience, and assurance of the receipt of the product that your order, we will deliver such product via a courier delivery service that has a good business relationship with us. We provide shipping worldwide, for deliveries within Indonesia we use the trusted shipping company JNE, TIKI, and SICEPAT. For international deliveries we are using EMS.
- Returns and Exchange
We do not accept returned items if the item received by customers has complications with its sizing (the exact measurement is provided for you when you click the item you want). However, if the items received by customers have damages we will willingly exchange it to a new one. Return and/or exchange of the product(s) can be made via delivery service courier within 3 (three) days from when the items has arrived, with the original purchase receipt. Please contact us in advance, either by email or telephone, prior to return and exchange for us to verify in advance, as stipulated in the term. You can return the product that you have purchased from us, with the following conditions:
- The product is defective and has not been previously informed to you.
- The product has problem in the delivery process that is not your fault and/or negligence.
- Return item needs to be accompanied with the original receipt as proof of purchase.
- The products returned have to be in the same new condition. It cannot be washed and/or worn and/or used perfume, and the label and/or handtag are still attached to the product.
- We don’t accept returns promotion items (vouchers, coupons, discounts, etc).
- For shipping costborne by the buyer/customer, and the return shipping borne by Rianty Batik.
- If the order item(s) are damaged or Rianty Batik doesn’t have stock, will be given a voucher worth the price of product purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract if the product is unavailable and/or there is any prejudice on your transaction. We will give notice to you when it happens and refund all payments that you have made, if any.
All orders for the products are subject to availability. We are truly sorry if any products you wish to purchase are not in stock. We will not change any fees or your credit card for any unavailable products. If you have made payment by bank transfer to our bank account, we will offer to you a refund in the form of voucher(s) or cash worth the price of each unavailable product as provided in the terms.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any violations, interruptions or delays associated with things which are out of our control, including but not limited to disasters, floods, earthquake, lightning strikes, frozen rain / hailstones, bad weather and other due/catastrophe of the surrounding nature, epidemics, explosions, fires, wars, riots, strikes, piracy, mutiny, riot, civil commotion, anarchy or sabotage, demonstrations, terrorism, national emergencies, damage from third party software. If you or we cancel the contract by written notice when the Force Majeure event occurred during two business days or more, you or we will not have any responsibilities if the reason for cancellation of the contract is due to Force Majeure, unless the refund of payment for products has been made to you however we have not received the products you must return.
For local shipping the price of the product is including tax,and for PayPal payment a customer will be charged tax worth 5%.
